Since we sell assets for banks and other financial institutions, our sales are on delivery only. We offer free delivery within 1,000 miles. A charge of $1 per mile will apply, after the first 1,000 miles, regardless of the type and size of the asset.

Payment:
Buyers are expected to pay for the vehicle in-full within 24 hours of the auction closing – and remember, we’re here to help. Total payments for successful purchases must be paid by Bank Wire Transfer.Credit Cards, PayPal, Cashier’s Check, or vehicle trade-ins are NOT accepted.
Bank Wire Transfer – You will receive an order confirmation email from us, with specific payment instructions, within 24 hours after winning the auction. That email will state the bank account receiver name, account number, routing number, and wire reference number that you can use for your transaction. Make sure to include the correct payment reference in the transfer to link your payment to your order. If you do not see the email, check your “junk mail” folder or “spam” folder. We make every effort to ensure that these emails are delivered. Important: In the event that Buyer fails to make payment in full within the time set forth on any invoice or within the period expressly agreed, your account will be closed without the possibility of creating a new account. The vehicle will be automatically re-listed.

Delivery:
Once the payment is confirmed, we’ll give you a call to arrange delivery to have it dropped off at your house. The delivery starts in 24-48 hours, regardless of the item location.Delivery type by asset:
Vehicles (cars, SUVs, pick-ups, and classics): Enclosed trailer.
Vessels: On it’s trailer(if possible) or flatbed trailers. For larger boats, we use lowboy trailers. The ship will have a cover during transportation.
RVs: Driven (if applicable) or pulled if the RVs have no engine.
Heavy Equipment: On regular or lowboy trailers.
All assets are insured during transportation!
The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location. The maximum time frame within the US is 14 days and 22 days for Canada. We offer free delivery within 1,000 miles. A charge of $1 per mile will apply, after the first 1,000 miles, regardless of the type and size of the asset.

Warranty and Peace of mind:
You can rest easy when you’re bidding with Repozitflex, LLC. Your new vehicle is covered with our 6-Month Limited Warranty/10,000 miles (from the time you take possession) and 14-Days reject or refund policy.
What are the three types of coverage?
You have coverage until the earlier to occur of:
– 6 months from vehicle purchase date or when your vehicle has been driven 10,000 miles and and 14-Days reject or refund policy
– 6 months for other assets, from Asset’s purchase date and and 14-Days reject or refund policy
Which parts do you cover under the Limited Warranty?
Your Limited Warranty covers repairs on all assemblies and parts on the asset, except:
– interior or exterior cosmetic imperfections(all imperfections are shown on asset’s gallery page)
– replaceable/wearable parts
– recommended maintenance
– aftermarket accessories
6-Month Limited Warranty/10,000 miles cannot be transferred to someone else.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state, province to province or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Note: The warranty may be extended for up to 5 years. If you wish to purchase an extended warranty for your asset, please call us.

Return/Reject Policy:
We offer a 14 days return/reject period. Our 14-Day return/reject policy begins the day you receive the item, regardless of the time of day.During that time, you can test it for up to 1,000 miles in a vehicle case, or unlimited hours on other assets, and return or exchange it for any reason. No questions asked.
We cannot accept a return if the vehicle or asset has been:
– in an accident or damaged
– modified
– altered from the condition it was delivered in
– put on a security as a loan, also known as an encumbrance
In a rejection case, we will refund the full payment. All refunds are processed within 24 hours. Delivery charges are free.
