Paying for Vehicles
When an auction is won, our system will send a notification with an invoice attached, to the email address we have on file for the High Bidder. This email will detail all the steps required to finish the sale, and will include the invoice, along with instructions on making payment by wire transfer. The invoice will include payment instructions.
If you do not see the email, check your “junk mail” folder or “spam” folder. We make every effort to ensure that these emails are delivered.
Payment for the vehicle and all assets can only be made by Bank Wire Transfer.
Repozitflex, LLC DOES NOT accept any other method of payment. Credit Cards, PayPal, Cashier’s Check, or vehicle trade-ins are NOT accepted.
How to make a bank wire transfer?
You will be notified by email when you win an auction. The email will detail all the steps required to finish the sale, and will include the invoice and instructions on making payment. – Account name and address
– Account number
– Routing number
– Wire reference number
After the bank wire transfer is complete, please upload your payment confirmation receipt as indicated on the invoice.
International Customers: Bank wire transfers may be processed by intermediary banks while being transferred. These banks may charge additional processing fees, separate from the fee charged by the originating bank. These additional fees will be deducted from the bank wire transfer being sent. Please take these additional fees into consideration when making payment.
All bids are binding and all sales are final. If you fail to complete your purchase for any reason, we may cancel your transaction. In other words, if you do not intend to purchase the vehicle, do not place a bid.
Delivery to your location
We are a repossession company, we do not have a showroom or an inspection facility. That’s why all sales are based exclusively on delivery. 6-Month Limited Warranty/10,000 miles and 14-Days reject or refund policy applies to all vehicles and assets SOLD on Repozitflex, LLC.
We offer you the opportunity to get some great deals on some great vehicles. The delivery process starts the next day after the payment is confirmed.
The delivery process takes between 7 and 14 days – depending on the delivery location and we offer free delivery for the first 1,000 miles. The standard delivery charge is $1 per mile. All vehicles are delivered using enclosed trailers. With enclosed transport, your vehicle is shipped in a fully enclosed trailer. This offers a higher degree of security and protection for your vehicle. The vessels and other assets will be delivered individually (excluding motorcycles).
Delivery type by asset:
Vehicles (cars, SUVs, pick-ups, and classics): Enclosed trailer.
Vessels: On it’s trailer(if possible) or flatbed trailers. For larger boats, we use lowboy trailers. The ship will have a cover during transportation.
RVs: Driven (if applicable) or pulled if the RVs have no engine.
Heavy Equipment: On regular or lowboy trailers.
All assets are insured during transportation!
The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location. The maximum time frame within the US is 14 days and 22 days for Canada. We offer free delivery within 1,000 miles. A charge of $1 per mile will apply, after the first 1,000 miles, regardless of the type and size of the asset.
We offer a 6-Month Limited Warranty/10,000 miles and 14-Days reject or refund policy for all vehicles and assets SOLD on Repozitflex, LLC – starts from the time you take possession.
During that time, you can test it for up to 1,000 miles in a vehicle case, or unlimited hours on other assets, and return or exchange it for any reason. No questions asked.
We cannot accept a return if the vehicle or asset has been:
– in an accident or damaged
– modified
– altered from the condition it was delivered in
– put on a security as a loan, also known as an encumbrance
In a rejection case, Repozitflex, LLC will refund the full payment. All refunds are processed within 24 hours. Delivery charges are free.
Warranty and Peace of mind
You can rest easy when you’re bidding with Repozitflex, LLC. Your new vehicle is covered with our 6-Month Limited Warranty/10,000 miles (from the time you take possession) and 14-Days reject or refund policy.
What are the three types of coverage?
You have coverage until the earlier to occur of:
– 6 months from vehicle purchase date or when your vehicle has been driven 10,000 miles and and 14-Days reject or refund policy
– 6 months for other assets, from Asset’s purchase date and and 14-Days reject or refund policy
Which parts do you cover under the Limited Warranty?
Your Limited Warranty covers repairs on all assemblies and parts on the asset, except:
– interior or exterior cosmetic imperfections(all imperfections are shown on asset’s gallery page)
– replaceable/wearable parts
– recommended maintenance
– aftermarket accessories
6-Month Limited Warranty/10,000 miles cannot be transferred to someone else.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state, province to province or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ENDS WHEN YOU SELL YOUR ASSET OR WHEN YOUR VEHICLE REACHES THE TIME LIMITATION, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST.
You cannot transfer this Limited Warranty to anyone else.
You may be entitled to the benefit of other warranties under state law, which may be different from this Limited Warranty. Or Your state law may not allow limitations as We have in this Limited Warranty. We follow the state law where it is different from the Limited Warranty.
Under state law
There are various types of damages that may apply depending upon what happens. We say in the Limited Warranty that we are only responsible for what we say we will do. Some states do not allow this, so it may not apply to you.
This Limited Warranty
Gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. If you have questions, please call us. Note: The warranty may be extended for up to 5 years. If you wish to purchase an extended warranty for your asset, please call us.
