Carpet was replaced one year ago Berber residential carpet. New speakers thru out trailer two in bedroom, two in living room, and two outside. 900 watt Microwave was replaced three months ago. Bathroom and kitchen faucets are residential and have shut valves so if you have to work on something you still have water.
